We organize, index, and type what you direct, formatted to your court's published requirements, and deliver it for your review.
Intake Call
$35Required first step before any binder tier work begins.
What it is
A one-on-one call where you walk us through the paperwork you have, what court you're in, your deadlines, and the document you have decided to file. We listen so we can scope the organizing and typing work. We do not tell you what to file or evaluate your case.
What we cover
The paperwork and evidence you already have, the volume of material to organize, the document you have chosen to file, your court's published formatting requirements, and your deadlines.
What you get
A clear scope of the organizing and typing work, which tier matches that workload, and a straight answer on timeline and cost before you commit to anything.
This fee is separate from binder pricing and is required before we begin any binder tier.
Binder work is not offered for cases in California, Nevada, Arizona, or Minnesota. If your case is there, please don't book.

Starter Binder

Who this is for
Fathers early in their case. You have not filed yet, or you are filing your very first motion. Your case has no complex history to dig through.

Fathers in the middle of an ongoing case. There is already history, prior hearings, or prior orders that need to be organized and indexed.

Reconstruction of a full multi-year case history or divorce-plus-custody combined casework (that is Tier 3).
