Terms of service.

1. Nature of Services

Fathers Fight Back is a document preparation and case organization service, NOT a law firm. We do NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions of any kind. Our services are strictly limited to document preparation, evidence organization, and case record management based on information provided by the customer.

Rules for non-lawyer document preparation vary by state, and some states restrict it. We do not practice law and do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for confirming what is permitted in your state and for consulting a licensed attorney. We do not offer done-for-you binder or document preparation work for cases in California, Nevada, Arizona, or Minnesota.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services. We are not your attorneys and cannot represent you in court or any legal proceeding. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed family law attorney before filing any court documents prepared through our service.

3. Scope of Services

Our services include:

• Evidence organization and cataloging
• Exhibit binder creation
• Typing, formatting, and organizing court documents using content the customer provides and directs
• Case timeline creation and organization
• General educational resources about family law statutes and court procedures

We do not provide legal strategy, legal advice, or recommendations on what actions to take in your case. We do not select which forms or documents you should file, evaluate your evidence, or predict any outcome. Our educational content is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Reviewing all documents for accuracy before filing
• Consulting with a licensed attorney before filing any documents with a court
• Understanding that we cannot guarantee any court outcomes
• Understanding that all generated documents are drafts for preparation purposes only

5. Limitation of Liability

Fathers Fight Back shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or documents. We make no guarantees about court outcomes or the legal sufficiency of any documents we prepare. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the binder service in question.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. Refunds may be prorated based on work already completed. Please contact us directly to discuss any refund requests.

7. Confidentiality

All customer information and case materials are treated as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
